Crazy lady’s 2nd point about ”if it were flat we should be able to see Japan” this is simply not true as we have obstacles in our way and have to deal with wind, debree, fog, rain, and our poor eyesight. Some of us can’t see 10feet Infront of ourselves. The boat disappearing over the horizon exp is a good one to make my point. The boat disappears from bottom up because of the law of persoectivity, bring out binoculars and the whole boat comes back into view.
Crazy lady’s point about ”seeing the curve” is litterally impossible. Even Degrass Tyson admits if the earth were a globe from those heights ”that FLAT” what she is seeing is curvature because of the fish eye lens windows on the plane.
